Classes are physically demanding, but people of all fitness levels can participate. We welcome new students. The only requirements are a humble attitude and a desire to learn. 

Since 1974, Niseido Ju Jitsu has been training students how to defend themselves in practical scenarios. Our Murfreesboro location has students who have been in training for over two decades.

Niseido Ju Jitsu and the Niseido Ju Jitsu Federation have their roots in the Vee Jitsu Ryu Ju Jitsu family. Prof. Rick Riccardi, the Grand Master and founder of Niseido Ju Jitsu and the Niseido Ju Jitsu Federation, Inc., first began studying Vee Jitsu Ryu Ju Jitsu under the Venerable Supreme Grand Master Professor Florendo M.
